Forge Conference
You may have seen some updates on twitter or Facebook about a new conference happening in New Jersey called Forge. This is a new dream that my friend Joel Klampert has been cooking together as part of a team of worship leaders who are passionate about serving other worship leaders.
The lineup of speakers and artists for this event is top-notch – Paul Baloche, Brenton Brown, Joel Auge and a whole host of local church worship leaders. The fact that registration for this event is only $67 is pretty incredible. If you’re able to get to this conference, go! You will not be disappointed!
I’m excited to have been invited to speak at Forge about WorshipRises (tw|fb)and what God has been doing over the last year and a half through this crazy collection of Canadian worship leaders. Like I was telling some people yesterday, I have no manual or instruction book to sell people on how this happened but I’m more than happy to tell the story and encourage other worship leaders to work together, creating worship resources for & from the church.
Are you planning to attend? Let me know – I’d love to connect if you’ll be there.
Thanks for stopping by the blog. I'm currently on sabbatical this summer - you can read more about my sabbatical here: Personal Update - What's Next
Since I'm away from the blog I've decided to close comments. I love the interaction and discussion that happens with readers and since I'm not able to do that this summer, I'll be very much looking forward to that when I return in August.
