How to Write a Worship Song (In 5 Minutes or Less)

Sometimes it’s great to have a good laugh and make sure that we’re not falling into any kinds of shortcuts.

The lyric mixup on the slides is my favourite part.

Worship songwriters – don’t give up. Keep going. Your art is valuable and needed. Don’t take shortcuts or be satisfied with your first drafts. Do the work and share your results with people you trust.

And a little woah-oh-oah never hurt anyone!
