We kept them all yes/no so it took MAX 4 minutes to intro the survey, give a quick blurb about why we were doing it and then have everyone fill it out. It did not take long at all.
Yeah we wanted to stay away from a rating system – ie. “On a scale of 1 to 5, how caring is your small group?” That really doesn’t help very much and it would have taken way longer than we wanted it to.
This was not an in-depth “health of our church” kind of survey. We really just wanted to get a baseline for where our church is at concerning the 4 I’s.
Chris So after giving Inception a good amount of thought, I think the answer to all of the questions has to do with a totem. To avoid spoilers, I won't say much more than that other than I think there is a totem that is not identified to the viewer. I've got to go watch it again :).
Wow! That’s a lot more detailed than I was expecting. How long did it take for them to fill it out?
Thanks for all the info.

Great idea — the survey itself, and the fact that they were all “yes or no” questions, so people could complete the survey quickly.
