I've thought about starting a worship songwriter network for people in the area that write worship songs to come together and share ideas and fellowship once a month. I haven't done anything with the idea yet though. By the way, I have a teleseminar coming up for songwriters with Darrell Evans on April 26th. You can find the info at www.allaboutworship.info. Space is limited. I would love to have you and your people join. That’s really cool! I will confess that I have always been a "secret songwriter wannabee", but until you came in February, never believed that it was something I could do. I started with your list of suggestions from our conference and I have been working on some ideas and just enlisted the help of a partner. The most productive has been pulling from my prayer/journaling. Thanks for encouraging me to tear down boundaries - I know that God created, in His Image, beings with creativity(that's ALL of us), and I believe that He has put "song stuff" inside us that we just need to let him reveal.
