		<description>your blog always kind of freaks me out when it addresses me by name.  :)

I love the idea with &#039;Sing&#039; and the presentation from Psalms.  What a great way to bring both the scriptures and the song to life.  Also love what you&#039;re doing with the easels. Are you giving time for people to respond that way during the service? or do they just do that after the service is over?

We lost power completely on a Sunday a.m. a few years ago.  We were into the sermon already (and our pastor at the time had a God-like stage voice), so were ok without PA &amp; projection. The big take-away from that experience? lots and lots of battery operated lights in kids ministry world.  There was much wailing and crying in the rooms without windows!  Neil was teaching sr high at the time... walked by his classroom which was completely illuminated by about 75 cell phones. :)
