Building429 & downhere – Ticket Giveaway!

Two great bands are coming up to Canada for a pretty solid tour and the good people at World Vision Canada want YOU to be there. Lots of tour info is available at www.building429canada.ca so head over to that site to get filled in.
If you’re not familiar with these two bands, here are the quick hilights -

So here’s the deal. We’re going to give away one pair of tickets to one of the shows on the tour that these guys are doing together. If you live near one of the cities and are planning to hit the show, then this contest is for you! Here’s how we’ll do this giveaway -
1. Leave a comment on this post and tell me why you’re excited about winning these tickets. Lots of comments are great but it will still only get you one entry in the contest 
2. Post about the tour and the contest either on your own blog or twitter – make sure you include a link back to this blog when you are posting! Post a link to your post as a second comment and you’ll get entered TWICE in the contest.
3. The winner will be chosen early on Friday, August 14th – so if you are wanting to go to the first show in Toronto on Saturday, August 15th you will have time to get your tickets worked out.

Chris Haha - if you are planning to see Inception and don't want to know what happens, don't read the comments on my wall! Not my fault :).

Chris So after giving Inception a good amount of thought, I think the answer to all of the questions has to do with a totem. To avoid spoilers, I won't say much more than that other than I think there is a totem that is not identified to the viewer. I've got to go watch it again :).

I’d love to win tickets for my son and a friend to see Downhere. Zack could use some motivation for practicing guitar, a reminder of how cool music can be. His friend was online just last night, excited to see that Downhere was playing close by. The friend is a huge fan!!!
Downhere is one of my favorite bands. I’d like to win Downhere tickets to give to a friend who lives in Canada. I live in the USA so I wouldn’t be able to use them myself but I’d love to give them to my friend. He’s not that into Christian music so I’d like him to go and see just how awesome Christian music can be.

Having just moved to London last month, and still trying to find a church, I would be very excited to win a ticket if only so I could experience some amazing worship and fellowship.

I asked my wife if she wanted to get a babysitter for the kids so we could have a concert/date night… My sons were very bitter that I would even consider going to see Downhere without them
